Animals At The Farm

On the 280 usable acres we have Tennessee Walker horses, Dexter cattle, a Royal yaak (who thinks she’s a sheep), Canadian geese, several breeds of meat, wool and dairy sheep, several breeds of dairy and meat goats, heritage chickens and turkeys, several breeds of dogs each having their own jobs of guarding, herding and pets who think they can herd and guard, and several cats to do the moussing. We also have the addition of hundreds of wild birds some of which  offer beauty and grace as well as some that offer destruction by eating the seeds we plant on our fields.
