Dogs

There are several breeds of dogs on the farm and each has its own unique job to perform. Libby is half mastiff and half Kangal. Libby’s job is to guard the sheep. There are two border collies, Mist and Chole. These are herding dogs. It is their jobs to herd the sheep. Then there is a Maremma named Rascal. Rascal is a nighttime guard dog. It is his job to guard the perimeter of the farm during the night. A Labrador named Gabby also resides on the farm. Gabby’s job is to be a companion dog. Each of these dogs take their jobs very seriously and they do them very well. In the summer all of them except Gabby perform their jobs on the Mt Jumbo grazing program.
